At Stibo Systems, we are dedicated to helping you grow your career and reach your professional goals. Our program provides a unique opportunity for you to build a comprehensive understanding of your field of interest through rotations in different roles within the same function. This hands-on approach allows you to try out different aspects of your chosen career path.
All our people need to have is a true curiosity to learn about things as we are all connected in some way or another. You can’t sell our software if you don’t know enough about it, in the same way as you can’t build a software that will sell, if you don’t know who is likely to buy it. Get it?
Everything we do is in collaboration with people. Also, it would help if you naturally like to create relationships. Together you will grow and be successful – whether you end up becoming one of our subject matter experts or take the leadership route.
Software never sleeps, and one thing we promise you now is that the world changes – fast! And you will need to keep up with it - learning new things, putting those things to practice, seeing what works, and learning from the failures. As Mandalorian would say: “This is the way” – and this is what you will learn to master here.
To innovate you will fail a lot first – but that’s how we get better – by not giving up and by keep trying. To be successful you need to have this mindset too – and grit. A lot of grit.
It’s about seeing the bigger picture of how what we do today affects the success of our business tomorrow. You will be able to recognize that your actions all interlink to something much bigger – and it’s your clarity that we will be seeking.
Join your fellow graduates from around the world in making global projects. Showcase your skills and make a lasting impact as you collaborate. This is an opportunity to grow, learn and have fun with the other graduates while growing your network.

Stibo Systems' Graduate Program gives you an opportunity like no other. By joining Stibo Systems as a graduate, you will be able to try different roles across your department. For the first three months, I took the QA tester role. That includes manual tests, writing automated tests, and participating in relevant epic clarifications. Next, I took the role of Developer in CMDM. Being a developer in CMDM is not easy, however, you are given a lot of chances to learn and contribute to the project. Additionally, the team I joined as a developer, gave me a chance to try out myself as a scrum master. I like the team I am working with so I decided to stay here as Developer and Scrum Master."Rafal Graduate, R&D, 2022-2023
The graduate program gave me a platform of confidence for my career. It gave me the ability to understand and take time to figure out how I wanted my career to go, as well as giving me options to change it. I liked how much I was able to guide my own path during the program. I ended up filling a needed role in my department about halfway through the program and taking on the responsibilities of a regular employee."Claire, Associate Support Consultant Graduate, Global Support, 2021-2022
During the program, I have seen how Stibo Systems is the perfect place to learn and improve. On a technical level, I had the chance to learn about our product STEP, and various solutions that can be used in various industries. I am proud to say that I am a certified STEP consultant now. The most important part of the graduate program was the hands-on experience for me. I had a chance to shadow highly experienced and skilled Senior Consultants and learn from them."Elçin, Associate Solution Consultant Graduate, Professional Services 2021-2022
