Jeppe Meulengracht Fogh

Jeppe Fogh is our Chief Legal Officer and an integral part of our international operations.

Jeppe has practiced law for more than 25 years and has been part of Stibo Systems as Chief Legal Officer since 2011. He is part of the leadership team where he counsels on IT-law, licensing, drafting company policies, structuring commercial transactions, and the expansion of overall business. Jeppe is responsible for Team Legal, which is a service function and an end-to-end business enabler responsible for daily contracting with customers, partners, and suppliers.

Jeppe holds a Master’s Degree in Law from Aarhus University and has passed the Danish Bar exam as an advocate. Outside of work, Jeppe serves as a Member of the Board in a few companies and spent 11 years as a Judge for the Danish National Anti-Doping Commission.
