Water Quality Innovator to Oversee COE for Nine Independent Business Groups and PIMs
– Consolidates and Governs Data for Greater Organizational Efficiencies
Atlanta, GA, November 1, 2016 – Stibo Systems, the global leader in multidomain Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, today announced that Hach, a global manufacturer and distributer of analytical instruments, software and reagents used to test the quality of water, has chosen Stibo Systems’ Master Data Management platform STEP to create an Enterprise PIM Center of Excellence (COE) for participating business groups. Using Stibo Systems’ MDM solution, Hach will integrate and centralize product information management (PIM) solutions across the business groups in just 24 months, so relevant data, services and processes can be shared among each while maintaining their autonomy for their marketing initiatives.

Prior to the COE, independent business groups each managed their own unique product data in disparate systems, which prohibited the other business groups from leveraging shared processes. The STEP MDM platform allows all participating groups to have synergy among each other’s product data while maintaining autonomy in marketing and without interfering with the other groups.
